There are several tiers based on your points balance. Once your points balance reaches the required level, you will advance to a higher tier right away and get bonus points for all your purchases from then on. You will stay in the new higher tier until the annual adjustment date, which is May 1 of every year beginning May 1, 2017. Then, based on your activity in the past calendar, your program tier level will be adjusted up or down. See our Rewards Program page for details on the different tiers and bonus points.
If you got points for an order and subsequently returned it for a refund, then the points will be deducted from your account. If you received bonus points, they would be deducted from your account as well. If the amount deducted would cause your points balance to fall below zero, then your refund will be reduced by the fair value of the points as determined by us.
For purchases from Gracious Style, you'll get your points when the order is paid for, which is usually when the order is completed. For purchases from our partners, you'll get your points when the partners have confirmed your purchase or paid the affiliate commission to us. For other activities, you'll get your points when we can confirm it has been completed, usually within 24 hours.
You'll earn points for shopping with us or with our partners, who specialize in everything from fine wines to gourment dining to social stationery. You'll also earn points for sharing your lifestyle with us, for example on instagram and twitter, and for telling your friends about us. See our Rewards Program page for details.
